This place is truly amazing. I called Laura with some questions I had about voice to text and external hard drives. Not only did she answer my questions without hesitation she researched sires for me to review to learn the skills needed and sent them to me personally in an email!. I live out of town but drive to Ames just because I trust them so much to work on my computer and assist me with my computer questions.

Great local business. Bought our last computer there 8 years ago. Decided it was time for an upgrade. Laura came and installed new tower at our home! Confident in local support. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a new computer from HTT. Laura was great. She took my old computer to transfer files and brought and set up the new one. She checked to see that everything was working and took time to customize it for me. She took time to show me the new features of Windows 11 and taught me a few tricks. Thanks Laura.
