This was my first time at a Great Clips and my first haircut since at least the pandemic's beginning. There was a decent wait time; while the automated estimated wait suggested about an hour, I only waited around 20 minutes as a walk-in!

I have been coming here for several years. I literally will call ahead to make sure she is working before I venture out. I used to have pretty much all of the stylists do my hair in the past and they are all good but it is so nice to come in and Chelsie already knows how I like my hair. She and all of the other stylist there work together like a fine tuned clock.
