Make sure you call ahead of time if picking up contacts. Daughter went over lunchbreak, arrived at 12:15pm. Over an hour later, no one is able to assist her to pick up contacts that are already paid for. No one will answer the phone. Very frustrating when you drive 30 min to a business that has no mentions of closed for however long for lunch break. Over an hour and 15 min.
