Our AC unit stopped cooling around 7:00 pm. I called Converse Conditioned Air and left a voice message that I needed to schedule for AC service the next day. The scheduler called me at 7:15 am the next morning and said we were on their service list for today adn they estimated arriving to our home close to 12:30 pm. The field technican arrived fifteen minutes earily (5 stars) and repaired our AC unit.

Converse knows how to treat customers. We had an issue that they were extremely responsive to and they were out at our house to fix it within hours. They also had to come back and showed me what I could do to keep my heat running until a permanent fix could happen on the next business day.The thing that I love about them is that they don’t nickel and dime you either.
