I lost my only motorcycle key (but had the code to get a new one) and Ames Lock and Security were able to make me a new one within 15 minutes of calling. He didn't have enough blanks to make spares, so I paid for two more that he'd make when the blanks came in.
Unfortunately the key was too short (not his fault, the book specified the wrong key - it worked in the gas tank and rear seat but not the ignition). I went back, described what happened, he found a blank that would work and cut me 3 new keys, no extra charge.
Super pleasant to deal with. You might have a hard time getting them on the phone, but just stop in person... read full review

went there to get two keys copied. I brought the blanks. they took 5 minutes to cut the blanks and did not charge me. one of the new keys didnt work so I brought it back to get a new one recut. they did it free of charge with a new key. this time it worked. super easy and would totally go back
