I just had a new furnace & air conditioner installed by Ames Heating & Cooling & the 2 techs were AWESOME! Explaned what they would be doing all along the way, and everything looks great after the install.
Brian Linder who gave me the estimate was also very cordial, and gave me a great deal on the 2 units! I give them excellentrecommenations all around!!!

Brian Linder was really easy to work with when getting a quote for a new A/C and furnace for our home. Their price came is better than any of the others we got and they got us on the schedule quickly. The install team of Mike and Dan were courteous, timely, and excellent at execution of the project. We had the outdoor A/C unit relocated and they never complained about crawling in our tiny, dirty crawlspace to do it. I even offered to do it on their behalf and they still did it themselves. The hookups for the new outdoor unit look amazing and clearly they put a lot of thought into where to put everything because it's so organized and clean. Same for the new piping... read full review

Ames Heating & Cooling installed the HVAC systems in our new Ankeny home that we moved into in November of 2022. Service manager Brad and his team did an excellent job of designing our systems and installing them. We have both a humidifier and dehumidifier built in to our main house system. We have a second HVAC system that climate controls our garage and garage storage attic. We are able to maintain well balanced comfortable temperatures year-round. Ames H&C also does annual preventative maintenance and inspection service to our systems.
