We just moved to the area and a neighbor recommended Tangled Tails so we decided to give it a try. Millie was in and out in under two hours, the fastest groom we've ever had! The staff was very accommodating, even though Millie is not the best client- she tries to jump away and does NOT like having her legs or feet touched. The groomer did a great job and the price is a fraction of what I've paid in the past- VERY reasonable! Thank you Tangled Tails Family!
Very pleased with my dog's groom and grooming appointment. I am pleased with their the online scheduling and services. Had a very pleasant experience over the phone with scheduling as well, very upfront with prices and services. Customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this establishment and groomer(s) to any person for their pet. 😊
We have a Goldendoodle and previously took him to a groomer in Ankeny who told us he needed to be medicated in order to be groomed. Unfortunately, they never communicated any issues during the appointment — we only discovered later that our dog had bled in the car, and we suspect they cut his nail too short, which led to a bite incident. That experience left us really unsettled.
Thankfully, we found Tangled Tails, and it was a complete game-changer. From the beginning, they reassured us that medication wasn't necessary and explained the risks that can come with over-medicating dogs.
