On-Time professionals did some electrical work on my basement remodel and I cannot recommend them enough. JD and Conner were extremely helpful, polite and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I will definitely be using them again for future electrical work.
JD did an excellent job for us from the quick estimate to completing the work! We had gfi outlets done and a new meter box installed. JD took care of the coordination with midamerican and inspection so we were without power for a half day vs a day or 2. We highly recommend JD!
Finding ourselves in a critical situation we were pressed to find an electrician who would be available before the passing of a week. On Time Professionals made time in their busy schedule to come and help us that very day. Granted, they may not have been able to do this in other settings and situations, but they made the effort nonetheless. All other contacts made no such effort. The team who arrived were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, upfront with explaining the work to be done and the cost for services (which for an emergency situation was more than reasonable!), and made the time to be sure we were satisfied.
