Kat was very patient with myself, a 73 year old non motivated senior citizen. She stuck with me for the 3 to 4 months I was in therapy. Also I had Gary for part of the time, and would highly recommend both of them and Altoona Athletico physical therapy. Thanks Tom M. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made sure I was informed of what I needed to do to recover from my injury. I’ve been coming to athletico since the beginning of the year . Athletico has a warm and welcoming atmosphere , staff is top notch . They care about your recovery . They’re encouraging . They want you to get better at a proper pace . If I ever have to do physical therapy again , athletico will always be my go to place .
