It's been a long time since I went to the dentist. I was amazed at the kindness and professionalism displayed at Altoona Smiles. The team is warm and welcoming. Each person made me feel like I was valued as a patient. Although the office is not close to my home, I would definitely make a point to continue being a patient here. This was the best dental experience I have ever had! The staff are all very friendly, genuine and happy. They explain everything in a way you can understand, introduce themselves, help make sure you are comfortable. The clinic is clean and very homey. I have never been more excited to go back for another dentist appointment. I’m looking forward to being a client for many years to come!
The office is modern and always clean. The staff is attentive and friendly. Our daughter (10) has severe orthodontic issues, and the Altoona Smiles staff has had no issues collaborating with her orthodontist's office and navigating our insurance policies. We were able to discuss a mutually agreed upon treatment plan, and were able to tailor the plan to match both our schedules and comfort needs. I would definitely recommend.
