Karen was so helpful when I got my first Pomsky, Tori! As a first-time Pomsky owner, I had a lot of questions, and she always replied incredibly fast — usually within minutes to a few hours. She was super patient and took the time to answer everything. She also sent me lots of videos and pictures so I could see how Tori was doing.
Karen helped me through the whole process, including arranging the travel and nanny delivery, which made everything so much easier. You can really tell she genuinely cares about her puppies and wants them to go to the best forever homes. Tori came well socialized, healthy, and clearly very loved.
