Products and staff are exceptional! Larry McClellan, Account Manager/Design Consultant is thorough and efficient in his work. The Heritage Mark building in Victoria, TX had an interior rug made for one of our entrances. It has held up well over the years. When the backing finally gave way, our new backing arrived in record time and is holding up just as good as the first. The backing makes the rug absolutely immovable, which we love!
