No problems. Pretty easy going place. They asked how I wanted the pallets loaded. Take my advice and have them put a single pallet at the bulkhead. I had to run under half a tank of fuel because it was so nose heavy. Super sacks ship from Plant 2, bags on pallets from Plant 1.
Overall good experience here getting a load. A tricky getting through Alden,IA to plant careful of non truck roads restrictions. Enclosed docks for bag loads in dry van trailers. Make sure to stop first entrance by office for bag loads. Fast loading in and out quickly friendly staff office personnel. Would return to get loads again in the future.
