Valdez has always been very helpful. They replaced our roof several years and did it quickly and very well. About a year later we had a small leak in the roof from animal damage and they came out the same day and fixed the flashing, also they fixed a couple shingles they found damaged by one of my trees. Excellent response and only charged for an hour. Very nicee to work with.

The crew was nice. Work seemed to go well until the internet quit working. They could not seem to get it working again. The owner said he would gladly pay for the internet provider to come out and fix the equipment on the new roof. Once we received the bill we contacted him by phone with him promising to come out. We contacted him again, same promise. He finally quit answering calls from our number. Called from another number, he answered, promised to be out that week. We mailed him a copy of the bill, we emailed him a copy of the bill and went as far as finding his crew and speaking with the foreman who promised Mr. Valdez would call the next day. Free estimate, cost of complete roof replacement was good, very professional crew, completely cleaned up afterwords, hardly knew they were there, completed tearing off old shingles and installing new in one day. Highly recommend.
