Recently, my baby, Kiara, developed blood in her stool. One morning, after the problem got worse, I called but they were booked for the day. But they squeezed me in and problem solved. Over many years (3 dogs), they have been professional and efficient--never have I felt that I was kept waiting unnecessarily. And they seem to enjoy working there, which translates to a very friendly staff.
My pup was having a hard time getting out of the car, and the staff were so awesome, brought him a towel and water to the car, then they helped me to carry his 85 lb self out of my SUV so he could get to his appointment. They also always treat us like family, theyʻre very responsive via text (which is so helpful for me), and they always have his food or medication that he needs whenever I need it. This is the easiest vet experience Iʻve ever had, and Iʻm super grateful for everyone at Waipiʻo Pet Clinic! Thank you all so much for all of your love and care for my Koa baby! :)
We have been taking our fur babies there for years & years. Dr. Uruu, Donna, Natalie, Erin & Fran are incredible especially during the final moments before saying goodbye to a beloved member of our family.
