Awesome service. Needed a leather belt shortened. Owner took 15 minutes and fixed on the spot -- saved me a trip to pick up. Price was reasonable. Now I have a nice belt that actually fits! Thank you to Waipahu Shoe & Luggage Repair!

My mom found this place while looking for a place to fix my purse strap and said this place looked better than other place that people were complaining about. So she dropped my purse off for me and told me to pick it up when it was finished. It's really hard to find and I would never had found it if she didn't explain to me exactly where it was. They are located in the same building as Don Quijote. Go pass that & right after the bus stop you take a right into the back parking lot and park there. Walk towards the bus stop and on the road side you'll see a door and an old sign that says "Waipahu Shoe & Luggage Repair". It's pretty reasonable and he used leather to fix the straps which seems more durable. He's not the most friendly person, but was working hard when I got there. If you need someplace to fix your shoes, bags, or luggage, try giving them a call or stop by!

The owner is very knowledgeable. He took time to describe the work and how long it would take. The price for two pairs of shoes was reasonable. Shoes should be better than new. I feel like I got a good deal.
