Apparently Ewa Gentry get new towing contract again and it's these fools. I go my parents house to pick up my FIVE MONTH OLD DAUGHTER! Was less than 5 minutes in the house, and the fuckers stay trying to reverse on my car already. Mom ran out and I had my baby in my arms, she was in the middle of being changed to no clothes on, only her dirty diaper. Braddah driving the tow truck was sweet enough to not strap my car, as they only had the fork part down and told me to turn my hazards on. My problem with this company is that after 20+ years of seeing different tow truck companies come in and out, that only now they like do something, and they try to get a new single maddah fucked over by trying to get her car. The neighborhood rarely get visitor stalls open because all the residents park their cars there, and I not walking quarter mile with a infant just to put my daughter and all the baby shit back in my car Lady at the call center/dispatch/office or whatever it's called was one fucking bitch too. Yeah i called all pissed off and was runnin my mouth cause I had to run outside bare feet with my half underdressed FIVE MONTH OLD INFANT in the hot ass Sun! She offered for me to make an official complaint, I said yeah I want the email, she started to cuss back at me, nah fuck you sis and your fake ass "I'm sorry your having a bad day" bitch ass. that bitch should have handled herself better and learn some Quality customer service skills Why you Patrol during the day and not at night huh? When all the fckn neighbors get their house parties, maybe try do that, since you so quick to pick up cars, company probably no more money that's why

I was towed 0.2 miles and charged $270. No transparency and for that distance it seemed very costly. Would not recommend if you could use O'Sung! He added $20 for credit card fees as if people have almost $300 CASH in emergencies?? Literally towed so close and once we arrived he jumped my car and it worked so could've saved us all time and just jumped it to the mechanic. I think i was taken advantage of because I am a small blonde girl who clearly was panicking with a broken car on a busy road. This price was ridiculous.

Asked for a tow because I had a flat tire. "Tony" or Anthony Pinheiro I'm assuming owner of the company towed my car without double checking when he hooked it onto his tow truck. He told me "I don't look for flats in the grass or at night" What a f****** joke. I would've been ok if he cooperated and paid for the damages aka fender liner, tire and rim. He dragged it on the flat for how many miles. Instead he gave me some random insurance company and promised to pay for damages which he never did. He went run and tuck tail. Also tried to get me to pay for the towing service after all the s*** he did. Never go here. I'll make sure to post everywhere I can.
