Diappointed in their work for school photo. They call 2" x 3" photos "wallet" size. Standard is 2.5" x 3.5". Not gonna fit in the photo frame like other wallet size photos. Also, poor selection of photo packages.

Kreative Kolors took my child's preschool photos this year (2022). The poses and photos came out great and we are excited to purchase them. However, I am giving them a low star rating because the order process is very limited and forces parents to buy things that aren't needed. In this modern world, all we want is a digital copy and they have no option to do that nor do they seem willing to adapt to customer's demand. Preschool photos and ordering shouldn't be this complicated. Nor should customers feel like they are being price gouged. I am disappointed that they didn't try to understand modern parent's needs and will recommend my school choose a different photographer next year.
