While other a/c service companies couldn't come out for 2-3 weeks, KK came the next day. That, plus their high customer service reviews (5-stars), made me choose them. The service tech (Andrew) was polite and competent. He fixed everything that was wrong and we're back cooling the house. The 5-Star rating is deserved. Thank you!
We had Andre come to take a look at our split AC that was blowing hot air for several days. The odd thing is our AC seemed to almost fix itself, so there was no apparent issue by the time our appointment rolled around. Fortunately, Andre trusted our account, was very persistent in finding the problem, and managed to figure out the issue. That sounds normal, but I think I might have accepted it was in working order were I in his position. As far as the work goes, he was great.
