I have gone to Kai Beauty for brows and eyeliner. Kharen is very skilled and does quality work. She takes her time during the session and makes sure to discuss the look you want. The place is clean and comfortable and Kharen has a fun, energetic personality. I would recommend this place to others looking for a good pmu artist.
