Michell is amazing. She works out here in Ka'a'awa... about two minutes from my house, which is not only convenient and I don't have to drive into Kaneohe, but I've had the best manicures with her. Don't be fooled by most of the salons that do a gel polish. She does actual gel manicures. There is a difference. When I need a nail extension, instead of gluing an artificial nail tip then covering it with acrylic, she uses actual gel and a nail form, which is far less damaging to your nail and no toxic fumes! Michelle is awesome! She puts so much care into her craft. Her attention to detail is always on point. And the best part is that I have never once felt nervous if something was going to hurt - she doesn't file hard, she doesn't cut your nails at the speed of light, and no electric file burns, etc. She is patient and gentle with her work. She is also a great conversationalist - makes you feel like an old friend. With her expertise, my nails have gone from short and flimsy to holding length and strength! Glad to have found her here on Yelp! Conveniently located in Kunia.
Michell is amazing and I'm so glad I found her. I mever really knew what gel nails were but now that I've found them I will never go back to acrylic. She does such a good job and is so nice amd fun to talk to.
