I have had a great experience from the receptionist to the professional plumbing technicians. Dylan explained the procedure and provided an estimation before the work began. Chance (along with Noa) was sent to complete the job. He was so pleasant and explained what he encountered. He also explained the different options available to me to make an informed decision. Also, Calvin (drain specialist) came by to confirm Chase's recommendations. I appreciated the outstanding service and will definitely consider them for future plumbing services and they are a great referral source to my family and friends.

Thomas came to the house at 10:00pm to drain our leaking water heater which was located in the pantry. His professionalism calmed my nerves on a situation which could have been 10x worse than it was. The next day he and Abbu came back to install a new water heater. Both of them provided maintenance suggestions to improve the efficiency of the new water heater. Thomas also mentioned the wide array of services they provide. I would highly recommend using Emergency Plumbing & Solar. Not only for an emergency situation but for other plumbing needs.
