We had an amazing experience at the Eye Center of Hawaii in Waipahu. I was urgently trying to find an ophthalmologist for my dad after he woke up with new floaters and blood spots in his vision. After a scheduling mix-up elsewhere, we were running out of time for the day, until I called and spoke with Melanie at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and immediately spoke with the doctor. Despite being near closing, their team stayed late just to help us.

I recently had a health scare concerning my eyes and had the amazing luck of getting Dr. Sarah Ho as my eye doctor. I’ve seen her twice now and both times, she was very attentive to my needs. She’s very well educated and you can tell she takes her job seriously. She followed up with me via phone call after my appointments and I was surprised to hear from her. Normally, most doctors let their reception staff do follow ups so I was surprised that the actual doctor was following up.
