We worked with BJ and his experienced team to renovate our home in Honokaa. They took our beige 90s home and brought it into the current century. BJ and Amy were able to guide us in our design choices and gave us some good supplier recommendations for the renovation. They finished our project in a couple months and it looked great at the end! They took a wall down in our kitchen and turned it into my dream waterfall edge island. Our bathroom is now a spa I look forward to using daily. The carpet is all gone and replaced with nice LVP from Floor Coverings HI. After we moved in we noticed a small leak and a few paint spots that needed a touch up. After buying a lot in Waikoloa Village, we contacted BJ Kailimai at Mid Pac Services LLC to be our general contractor to build a house. The building area available on the lot is fairly restrictive because of a large drainage channel in the back half of the lot that flows during large storms. BJ worked with us extensively to come up with a layout. He provided many excellent suggestions to help us arrive at a layout we liked and would fit into the lot. BJ and his site manager Leif also investigated potential flash flooding issues associated with the drainage channel and suggested design changes to help mitigate this hazard.
