Dr. Jackie and staff are great. You can really tell how much Dr. Jackie and the team love and care for the animals they treat. I've never seen a vet sit on the floor with a dog to enjoy some doggie love and kisses. Really heartwarming. Always a pleasant experience all around.

WOW! A big THANK YOU to the team at Aina Hou for gettjng our Dairy Goat in last minute for a case of Mastitis. Fun and friendly staff, nice facility and reasonable pricing! If we lived in Waimea we'd switch our whole team of furry friends over to them! ?✨

These one star reviews seem super off. The team at Aina Hou is AWESOME! They work incredibly hard in a profession that is severely short staffed in Hawaii, and are always so kind. They are my go to for my dog's annuals and emergencies. My dog was really sick. They didn't have an opening for days, but said if there was a stool sample they could test it super quick between appointments. We waited 15 min max, and they had a result, medication, and instructions, along with details about what to expect. All with a smile. My mom has taken her cat for a bum eye, and the vet made herself available for texts for 2 weeks to reassure my mom, and help us nurse her cat back... read full review
