For moving out of my studio apartment, I paid Steammasters $182.29 to professional clean a 160" x 192" (~13' x 16') carpet area. It seemed expensive, but they did it the same day I requested the work be done and no other services in the area were available. They were nice and professional and did the job I needed.

I had our condo carpets cleaned by another vendor in Nov. 2021. When I got back here in Feb. they were looking bad already. We rent our condo a lot and I thought maybe we had to replace the carpet again(new in 2018). We got here in March and I couldn't stand walking on the carpet barefoot (yes, I am picky). I called Angus the morning we got here and he was able to come out within a day. I am so pleased with the outcome. The carpets look and feel new. I had him clean the upholstered furniture too and it all looks great! I don't leave reviews normally but I felt compelled because our place looks so great. Angus is honest and responsive.

We asked Angus for a quote to clean the tile in the kitchen, dining and bathroom. Very reasonable, so we asked him to schedule. Wow, what a difference! Where I thought the tile was wearing out, it was just dirty. Mopping it all these 20 years hasn't exactly done the job. Our bare feet can feel the cleanliness. Now we'll ask Angus to do this yearly. What a nice guy, too!
