I cannot say enough good things about Steve & Kelly at Dynamic Trades Services. From the moment I called, the phone was answered in just a couple of rings and I was speaking directly with Steve in no time – no annoying phone trees or long hold times.
I needed my bathroom sink faucet repaired and Steve sent me a very reasonable quote (free!) by email before he even came out. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the faucet perfectly. He was efficient and cleaned up the area when he was done. Then, without me even asking, he went above and beyond and repaired my toilet and a leaking water stop valve at no additional charge. Talk about outstanding customer service!
Steve is extremely knowledgeable, clearly has decades of experience, and can truly do it all – plumbing, electrical, drywall, drains, sewage, septic, fencing, gutters…you name it, he handles both residential and commercial properties with ease. A huge shout-out to Michelle in the office too – she is also unbeatable. Michelle helped me source a rare faucet stem over the phone in minutes (I texted her photos and she identified it instantly). Their website even lets you upload photos and videos for fast, accurate estimates – so convenient!
They are fully licensed and insured, super professional, fairly priced, and genuinely care about their customers. Steve is already scheduled to come back with his pipe camera to locate a blockage at one of my other properties – I have zero doubt he’ll knock it out of the park again.
