We've love living our Fabmac home. It's in the same location as our house that was destroyed by fire. Every alteration that we wanted was worked into the floor plan so that we have want fit us.

FabMac Homes guided us through the consultation process matching our needs with the models they offered. The project manager was very thorough in explaining the services offered. Most appealing was their ability to handle all permits needed through the County govt.I had many requests for changes in the kitchen layout. All requests were passed on to the designer/architect and the requests were accommodated. Even at the point of agreeing to the model, I asked if we could change to a new model, which had a bonus room that would be perfect for interaction with the church members; this home was purchased as a parsonage. Changes were allowed and we were so pleased.COVID-19 caused delays but FabMac Homes kept us informed. The home was delivered and it fit perfectly on the property with the church.The home is spacious; there is significant storage; the flooring is lovely and comfortable on your feet; the master bath with shower upgrade is so spacious and beautiful. People comment on the vaulted ceiling as making the house so spacious. And, the solar tubes are worth every bit of its cost. In fact, I should have asked for an extra solar tube in the living room.After 2 years in the home, we are VERY pleased with our FabMac home. Visitors are impressed with the openness of the home. The workmanship is superior. This home meets all our needs.You can not go wrong with a FabMac home. We highly recommend FabMac Homes.Service: Project management
