There is no other realtor in Maui than the Aki’s.I bought my first home in Maui in 2007 and JoAnn and her company mean the world to me.If I could I would move back to Maui immediately but maybe too much time has passed. Rented through emerald realty, once we arrived in the gated community the house was very clean, with brand new towels, and all. The realtors are very prompt with responses and requests from their tenants, throughout the entire lease, and after by providing necessary documents for future rentals. Thank you so much for helping us during our Hawaii rental. Will definitely ask them for future Hawaii rentals again.
