While on holiday, a veneer fell off on a Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning, and Andrea at reception was incredibly helpful, fitting me in at short notice. I was grateful they were able to see me so quickly.
From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, warm and welcoming, and I immediately felt comfortable.
Dr Olsen was fantastic. I felt very confident in his expertise and the care he took throughout the appointment. He explained everything clearly. The result was excellent.
I hadn’t been to Wailea Dental in over a year, and today’s visit reminded me why I keep coming back. Andrea greeted me warmly, and her daughter Lauryn handled my cleaning with exceptional skill. She completed a thorough prophylaxis, removed all plaque and hardened calculus, and finished with a smooth polish that left my teeth feeling brand new.
They even sent me home with a complimentary kit — toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste — a simple but thoughtful touch. Wailea Dental always delivers the professionalism and care that set them apart.
