A 2/1 buy down was promised on our recently purchased home. Instead they used our seller credit for closing cost and not towards the buy down. After asking multiple times about the buy down we were guaranteed it was applied and was not. Now Elite Lending has cost us $2,000 more a month on our mortgage this year. No accountability from anyone. Stay far away from this company!

WARNING: Don't use this company. Lack of professionalism and accountability from an "experienced" team member. We entrusted this person with all of our money to guide us through the financial process of home ownership. Only to end up with broken promises, a chain of emails to state it as such, and zero accountability.
