“Tihana is awesome! Was suppose to work today but getting told the day before no need to come in because its my birthday so i get paid day off and scrabbling and trying to find a last minute appointment to get my hair done Tihana got back to me ASAP about an appointment same day for trim and style and even when finishing a client early she asked if i like come in! Was going to wash my hair before i came but since didnt have time i asked if i can throw shampooing in with my appointment and she agreed without hesitation! The vibe in the salon was just like cruising and talking story with family that after i checked the time 4 hours went by lol but i appreciate them so much for getting me in and out and making my special day even more memorable!“

“This was a fantastic experience! They truly pamper you from start to finish. I had a facial and a massage. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and I added on a light peel that made my skin glow! The masseuse was so good! I would highly suggest to add on the coconut hair treatment as my hair has an amazing shine! Oh and do not miss out on the essential oil nose ring! Seriously just ask! I would highly recommend the spa and it is worth every dollar!“

I have been trying to find a hairdresser for many years, (since moving to Hawaii in 2018). Unfortunately, each time I find one that I like, they move to another salon or retire. Donna owns O Salon, which is one of the reasons I decided to go here. Plus, she looks like she is too young to retire for quite a while!“

“What an incredible experience. Greeted from the time we stepped foot in the door, and escorted to the beautiful reflection room, the change rooms and lounge area were beautiful and clean. The staff are so friendly and very knowledgable about the culture and techniques of the services they offer and the vibe they strive for. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. I found myself lounging and drifting in and out of sleep outside under a tree in the hydrotherapy garden. I could listen to the calm of the breeze and chirps of the tropical birds all day. Our massages were fantastic. The therapists that worked on us were very kind and thorough. The lounge area has lots of snacks and beverages to choose from. The steam and saunas were clean, and very relaxing. The pools and baths in the garden are perfect temperatures for a refresh and relax following your treatment.
I myself work in the spa industry, and it is tough for me to find relaxation, and I was able to achieve it at Laniwai. I would 100% come back to this spa!“
