They took her in right away when they opened and helped her with her impacted belly. Jenny Belle was very happy&felt so good last night she meowed&squacked at me wanting a second dinner! “I randomly called this location for an urgent visit for my dog and they were able to take me that day. Unfortunately we loss our dog before the scheduled appointment so I called to let them know we no longer needed to come in. I was emotional during the call and said out loud, “I don’t know what to do now.” I was saying it to myself and the person in the phone thought I was saying it to them lol She was so nice and advised that I could bring him in and they would assist with cremation services.We got there just before closing and I didn’t feel rushed, they graciously offered us to go into a private room to say our final goodbyes. I appreciate their patience and grace. So much aloha in a time we needed it the most. I appreciate them so much <3“

“Absolutely amazing group. We just got to the island and have been having pure bad luck with our babies. Our dog with a constant yeast infection that they were able to help us finally clear up. Then our sweet 17yr old cat was having scary episodes that we ended up needing a cardiologist for (which thankfully they have) and finding out he's in heart failure. Dr. Shah has been phenomenal in keeping contact with me on how to administer medications, the importance of each one, as well as how he is doing on them. It has eased my mind considerably given the circumstances, which aren't easy. If it weren't for her and the staff I would feel utterly lost. I just want them to know how thankful we are for their kindness and helpfulness through all of this.“

“Great place, very attentive and affordable. Appointments hard to get, I recommend on the day the open the books (which they will tell you if you call) just physically go there 15 min before they open. Phone will be nearly impossible since they're always taking calls.“
