When things go wrong.... this is your team. Brenda from TM practically replanned our wedding twice in the week leading up to it due to storms coming in, and the venue cancelling on us as a result of the storms 3 days before the wedding. She had great working relationships with vendors across the island and was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to know. She went above and beyond during the wedding, even performing emergency sewing surgery on my dress and protecting me from a lot of drama happening in the background related to the storm and the new venue. With Brenda in charge, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the day- the best day of our lives!
I switched over to tropical moon planning after I fired my original wedding planner. We originally had a full service wedding planning but when we switched, we opted for their coordination services. I believe this is the lowest tier service they offer - it includes an initial consultation call, their recommended vendor list, several planning spread sheets, then is completely picked up by their team 2 months from the wedding.
We specifically worked with Caroline, and she was absolutely amazing!!! She was so hands on and was so on top of everything! We only wished that we had gone with tropical moon from the start. She offered way more than I was ever expecting from...read full review
Tropical Moon was so wonderful to work with. From our first meeting, it was so great to have Danica and Kaitlyn's expertise during wedding planning. Kaitlyn was our day of coordinator and made sure we had the perfect day. Couldn't recommend this team enough <3
