Kandy really listened to the color I was going for to mask my grays while keeping things easy to maintain and not brassy. She talked me thru the process of getting the yellow out of balayage so the overall effect would give me a cooler ashy brown, closer to my actual hair color. When she turned me around in the chair when she was all done, I audibly gasped! It looked so good! I highly recommend Kandy and North Shore Salon & Spa. I will definitely be back!”
