“Absolutely amazing group. We just got to the island and have been having pure bad luck with our babies. Our dog with a constant yeast infection that they were able to help us finally clear up. Then our sweet 17yr old cat was having scary episodes that we ended up needing a cardiologist for (which thankfully they have) and finding out he's in heart failure. Dr. Shah has been phenomenal in keeping contact with me on how to administer medications, the importance of each one, as well as how he is doing on them. It has eased my mind considerably given the circumstances, which aren't easy. If it weren't for her and the staff I would feel utterly lost. I just want them to know how thankful we are for their kindness and helpfulness through all of this.“
“Reasonably priced, but what makes them one of the best is the customer service they provide! Everyone I have ever interacted with is so nice, helpful and kind. You can see how much they truly care for their patients. They are super helpful in finding solutions to problems that occur with your pet that fit your family and your abilities. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good general vet clinic. I only ever had appointments with one of the vets on staff.“

“I've been taking my dogs there for the past 8 yrs and loved both Dr Francis and Dr Darren, father and son duo. Dr Francis is ol school and talks to the owner directly, especially during this covid craziness. Dr. Darren will call you and let you know the updates. They are still not allowing owner and their pets in the office and you will have to call the office and they'll come out to get your pet. Their cost still remain affordable when paying cash. I enjoy the supporting staff too.“
“A friend recommended because the military vet on base is impossible to reach/schedule with. All of the folks who work here were very friendly and good at their jobs and really cared about my dogs and about my concerns. They were thorough and I'm happy to have a clean bill of health for another year. Will be back annually.“

They go out of their way to help us by visits, text, phone and Email plus Post cards as reminders, Our Vet Dr Tamura goes out and beyond to Help Keiki get well. She knows the Latest Procedures and meds to help our dog Keiki. Dr Tamaura has been our Vet since 2009 when Keiki was still a pup. She helped Keiki for a long time and kept him healthy, Thank you Dr Tamura & Staff.“
“I randomly called this location for an urgent visit for my dog and they were able to take me that day. Unfortunately we loss our dog before the scheduled appointment so I called to let them know we no longer needed to come in. I was emotional during the call and said out loud, “I don’t know what to do now.” I was saying it to myself and the person in the phone thought I was saying it to them lol She was so nice and advised that I could bring him in and they would assist with cremation services.We got there just before closing and I didn’t feel rushed, they graciously offered us to go into a private room to say our final goodbyes. I appreciate their patience and grace. So much aloha in a time we needed it the most. I appreciate them so much <3“

“After a terrible experience at VCA, I called Hale Ola out of desperation to have my cat seen. They worked him in just an hour after I called and were very kind and thorough. Dr. Ching was so sweet and knowledgeable and answered all questions. The vet techs were also very friendly and perfect with our sick kitty. They had him feeling better in a few hours and treated him for 1/4 (LITERALLY) of what I was quoted at the other clinic. Love that we found Hale Ola!“

“Our special needs cat Jennifer angel belle needed emergency treatment yesterday. Dr Carol and her ENTIRE STAFF have always been our Jenny Belles' medical team. They took her in right away when they opened and helped her with her impacted belly. Jenny Belle was very happy&felt so good last night she meowed&squacked at me wanting a second dinner! Dr Carol&staff always treat Jenny belle so well ! I highly recommend Kilani Pet Clinic!“
