Today I took my two boys for their very first barber cuts—on a Sunday, without an appointment 😬. Our barber still welcomed us in and managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule, even with other clients booked. He was incredibly patient as my boys wiggled, giggled, and did everything but sit still. Lesson learned: next time, I’ll book them on different days to spare our barber the extra cardio.

I came in two hours before closing with no appointment, desperate to get my son’s hair cut before school starts tomorrow. They kindly took us in immediately and my son showed inspiration photos. He went from crazy, shaggy hair to looking ready to take on school! The shop is very clean, super professional and we’ll definitely be coming back. My son really loved his haircut and watching TV while sitting.

I’ve never paid $50 for a child’s haircut before—$35 was the most I’ve ever paid. This place seems to specialize in haircuts for Black men, which unfortunately didn’t suit my son’s style. While I appreciated that no appointment was necessary, the staff was friendly, and we only had to wait 10 minutes, I wasn’t happy with the outcome. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

I went here for the first time today. It was in fact my first visit to a barbershop as a client, and not the wife, mother or sister of a client. I've had to shave my hair down very low because of a series of scalp surgeries I'm having. I knew my hair had to be short, but I still wanted to be stylish. I've been watching videos and I wanted to have a sharp clean line. So my son in law made the appointment at Mr. Hair and $tunnah was assigned to hook me up. At first, he looked terrified! (Cause I'm an old lady) lol. But he jumped right in and did a perfect job. It was just like in the videos I watched on the YouTube. I was so happy I wanted to cry when he broke out the razor! Go try em. You won't be disappointed. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, and most importantly, I look great!

Not sure how the haircuts are, came on a Sunday at 5:30pm to locked doors. Says they’re open til 7. If you’re going to be closed update your info on google so people aren’t wasting their gas on this island.

Vibe was awesome in this place. Brought in my 4 year old for a fresh cut and our barber stunnah delivered. My son was moving a lot and the whole time our barber was patient and made him feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place will be back for sure
