Staff members are patient and attentive, taking the time to shape nails and provide excellent quality work. Gel manicures are a specialty, with even layers and attention to detail. The spa also offers pedicures and waxing services. Many customers have reported being satisfied with their experience and recommend the salon to others. Visitors often praise the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere, with new massage chairs and a good foot bath treatment making the experience even more enjoyable. Although parking can be a challenge and the inside space small, these issues do not seem to detract from the overall positive experience.
I normally love this salon, have been going here for 3 years. Which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. However the last 2 times I’ve gone have been horrible. I was bleeding during my pedicure last month because she decided to cut the sides off my toe nail to make a perfect square. This time, I’ll let the photo speak for itself. I left with polish on my fingers, the nails are gloopy, chipped, and uneven. Instead of fixing it, it cost 180$ BEFORE tip. And I left hating them. Some of their nail techs are amazing at designs, and some try and fail and just leave it. On top of that, my pedicure looks horrible. And when I got home I noticed my big toe nail was BROKEN so now the polish is just chipping off even more. My husband has given me better pedicures.
One of my nail broken. And this very nice lady let me do a walk in and fixed my nail. She was fast and did a great job! I would definitely come here if I need my nails done while visiting Hawaii.
