They consistently return calls, arrive on time for appointments, and offer fair prices for their exemplary work. I've had the pleasure of working with both John Rawson and Bob Polasek, and I can attest to their professionalism. They are meticulous in planning and scheduling projects and are always available to answer any questions that arise throughout the process.

I originally wrote a negative review (keep reading)... However, I must give credit to James (the owner) and Chris (project manager) for stepping up and taking responsibility for the mishap. As a business owner myself, I can relate that sometimes mistakes happen. It is my belief that how you address a problem is more important than the problem itself. Chris apologized for his mistake and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Alex (the worker) did a great job repairing my pool deck tile and ultimately turned me around from sour to satisfied. The only reason I give them 4-stars was because they initially dropped the ball. However, in the end they made up for it by performing quality work in a timely manner.
