My experience with Torys Roofing was fabulous!
From the very first call Taryn was so very helpful!
It was a very stressful situation with damage to my roof from the Kona Low Storm!
Taryn scheduled Hunter Ward to come out 5 days later, he used Drone to assess my roof damage and worked with me within my budget!
Got their crew out 3 weeks later!
The first day of work Kepa foreman, Eric, Richard & Kamilo arrived early, had to deal with very high winds, on day two it was so hot and humid and on day three was a combination of high winds and heat! But they we’re able to complete the total re roofing in three days, two days ahead of schedule!

You get what you pay for, but rarely more. The exception to this rule is Tory’s Roofing. While Tory’s is not the least expensive roofing company in Hawaii, they are not the most expensive either. On the other hand, with Tory’s you get not only what you wanted, needed, and paid for, but you get more, specifically quality service, expert work, and follow-up care. Beginning with their field representatives like Hunter who we worked with, he listened to our wants, needs, desires and budget, inspected our roof, and got back to us with a solid plan and estimate. We contacted several different roofers to get quotes and also gather information on different types of roofing materials. We had multiple roofing companies come out to share information and give us quotes. All were pretty much in range with each other, but we selected Tory's based on feeling good about working with Noah and his family.We weren't wrong.The crew was friendly and efficient. Hard workers, yet communicative and easy to talk to. Every single one of them greeted us with a "good morning" when they arrived, and a "good bye" at the end of the day.You can tell a crew that works well together because there's very little talking. Everyone knows what to do and does their job without being asked or told.We have room in our garage, so they asked if they could leave their tools at the end of the day. I said yes, and they were so courteous about being sure to place them against the wall on the far side so we could still get our car in and out easily.In the process of taking off the old roof, they found several boards that needed to be replaced because of either termites or dry rot. Without missing a beat, they removed and replaced the boards and still managed to finish ahead of the estimated schedule. I'd very easily feel good about recommending Tory's to friends and relatives needing a new roof.
