It's that time for tenting our home. Our Terminix tech Al set up our appointment with this company with Alice. Very thorough paperwork of what we needed to prepare by timeline up til this day.Inspector Shane went through each room making sure the house was ready. Food, medicines, pet food etc. double bagged and taped. Even drawers, cupboards tackled. He even checked the fridge and freezer.Fur bebe instructions also in instructions: boarded a day before.Tomorrow we should be contacted by George when it is safe to enter.Thankyou PEST GroupScheduled between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. they arrived just before 7:15 a.m. Awesome!Will continue once the job is completed.Nice meeting the crew before we left.Okay so once we left the crew we overnighted at a hotel in town. After checkout the next day we occupied ourselves til 3 p.m.I called Alice and asked if she could ask George the status on te-entering our house. She said he was out but we would get a call from Josh.Pickrd up our belongings and went to get our fur bebe. Still no call . Hubs went home as we drove separately. He calls me while I was waiting at the vet parking lot.Hubs told me two guys had just arrived and entered our house. A few minutes later he called again to say we can go in.Perfect timing. Pup and I headed home. House key was left where we requested. House had a funky fishy smell so we left windows open? Kept on a air purifier and Himalayan lamp.Last night I spotted a tiny dead roach. Today I would still smell that strange odor in the hallway and kitchen.Hopefully it will disappear if we keep the windows open, ceiling fan going and mop down the floors.I haven't gone upstairs yet cuz I slept on the extension since more windows were in there open.

I live on Kauai and coordinated Termite Tent Fumigation through Kauai Terminix. They use The PEST Group Pearl City monthly to help their Kauai clients tent fumigate against termites.On 06/19/23, Josh, Scott, Tana and Maka made it to my home to set up tent fumigation.These four men showed me plenty aloha and also showed actions in how hard they were working. Josh kept me on the same page with him pertaining to the contract and preparations, while the other men worked hard and diligently in offloading the truck and getting material on my roof.On 06/20/23, by 7p, Josh contacted me and let me know that it was safe to go back home.
