I like that we get to check-in through texting and the ability to wait in our car or in the waiting room. I had such a relaxing and inviting facial experience with Trisha. From the friendly front desk staff Jaydeen and another staff member. They made me feel comfortable by checking me in right away and made small chit chat until Trisha was ready for me. Trisha was informed it was my first time for a facial service and she was very respectful, made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and very informative on what products she was using and it's purpose. My check-out experience was an ease and I was provided with products that will help with my skin journey.

Haven't had my 60 mins facial in two and a half years since pandemic. I'm elated this day finally arrived. For first timers, text informed me to arrive 30 mins before appointment time to customize session. Text is sent a day before for appointment confirmation or rescheduling. Reply CONFIRMED to confirm session. On arrival of appointment day, reply ARRIVED, another text is sent with instructions, then check in with front desk staff. Jasmine consulted with me for about 20 mins regarding medical history, allergies and medications to help esthetician customize a facial that will work best for combination, t-zone, rosacea, and sensitive skin. Very popular business. I love that they have multiple locations. They are always booked, and their popular masseuse always have a full schedule. Unfortunately, I ended my membership, cause I was always unlucky to make an appointment with my selective masseuse even a month in advance. But they are booked for a reason. They're that great! I did enjoy this place while it lasted. The front desk staff are amazing! They're always so polite and very professional.
