The Crew came early, worked efficiently, and left my yard BETTER than they found it. My palm trees are trimmed and look great! Mahalo Nui Loa to Matangi and the boys for once again doing an INCREDIBLE JOB!!! If this sounds like my first review, it's because this is my second time with HITS, and they once again did the SAME PHENOMINAL JOB!!! Will call you again when the palms are needing their annual trim.

Andrew P. Kailua Great job and terrific crew. The estimator visited quickly, an estimate came back, very good price, I was scheduled, and a 3 person crew arrived and did the job the way I asked them to cut two trees, and they cleaned up. On my list to be recommended.

I received 5 quotes for this job. I hired this company because they were the only ones that sent someone to look at the job first. Unfortunately, their arborist wasn't focused when he arrived. He spent all of 3 minutes in my yard, snapped a few pictures and left. This was the perfect opportunity to upsell their companies services. Had he listened to me, that's exactly what I wanted. I had asked for the stumps and surrounding roots to be ground down. On the first day, they ground down the stumps. When I reminded them that was only half of what I asked for, they came back with large gardening sheers and snipped at some (not all) of the exposed roots. When I wrote to them to explain I was still not getting what I asked for, I received a voice message essentially blaming me and claiming I was trying to get more work done for free. According to the woman who called, what I wanted cost a LOT more then what they quoted. Too bad they didn't get that quote done right.
