Dr. Blake and his staff is hands down THE BEST! Every detail about this office has been well thought out from email appointment reminders to electronic check in and even Disney music as you walk thru the halls to get to his lobby-you can expect nothing but the best here. Not only will you find an efficiently and professional staff but they are also kind and caring. My hygienist is Kim and I've been seeing her for many, many years. She does as exemplary job at cleaning my teeth while also being gentle. Just recently I felt something wrong w my tooth and Dr. Blake fit me into his busy schedule within the hour! I just recently moved back home and was looking for dentist in the area and called here based on the reviews. Making an appointment was super easy, they emailed me new patient forms to do thru email so I didn't have to do anything when I arrived.This office is HUGE with A LOT of staff. I was actually super shocked to see how many workers were there. Even with all the workers, everyone was super friendly and welcoming.I first had an assistant rinse my mouth, then I got seen by the dentist for my exam and he was very friendly, asked if I had any questions and I then waited for a hygienist. I've been to quite a few dentists over the years (I'm not that young anymore)... Dr. Harada and the whole team there are the best. The staff is great to work with, always friendly. Dr. Harada does excellent work and is very detailed. I just had an appointment today and my teeth are sparkly clean. I was self-conscious before with my coffee and tea stains, but now I feel confident when I smile :)
