I brought my two younger siblings (8 and 10) to Angel for their first piercings, and we couldn’t be happier! I got my eyebrow and they did ears. Angel is extremely knowledgeable and is the first person I’ve gone to on Hawaiʻi Island since Kala at Sin City, and it was worth the wait. It can be hard to find good piercers here but Angel has my complete trust, and she made my young siblings feel so safe and comfortable before getting poked. I will definitely be going back!

Listen, I don't leave reviews. Ever. But Pahoa Tech just EARNED this one. Brought in 2 phones that were basically on life support and Henry had them both fixed FAST. Like, grab-a-coffee-and-it's-done fast. The man works with precision and speed that big box stores could NEVER match. On top of that, I scooped up a solid computer from them too - great price, works perfectly, and came with a warranty. This little shop in downtown Pahoa is genuinely one of the best kept secrets on the Big Island. Local, honest, affordable, and crazy skilled. If you're driving past Pahoa Tech to go to Best Buy or some overpriced repair chain, you're doing it wrong. Save your money, support local, and let Henry work his magic. 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

Sylvie Was incredibly attentive to my pain and the modifications I needed to make in order to have a healing experience for my body. She was incredibly gracious and careful. The massage was so helpful to my body and released a lot of the pain I was experiencing. My husband also had a massage and benefited extremely well from it also. I completely recommend going to see her!
Mitch is a real gem and I could not be happier. I have had my hair cut from NY to Hawaii and many states in between and can honestly say this is the best cut and style I’ve ever had. He listened to me and cut my hair as though he’d worked with my hair his whole life. He breathed life and bounce back into my length. I am now looking forward to a little color we have booked and know I’m in good hands. Walking out broadway ready !!
We had an amazing first experience With Dr. Melissa and her awesome staff! Everyone there is super helpful and kind. I took my 3 month old baby in who has been experiencing a tight neck and trouble turning her head towards the right. Right after Dr. Melissa was done adjusting her I noticed that her neck mobility had already improved! Dr. Melissa was very gentle the entire time and did a great job answering all my questions.Bonus: It is also very affordable! We can’t wait for our next appointment! :)

Robert has come to service my AC twice. The first time he figured out what was wrong in minutes and fixed it cheap. The second time he came out right away by squeezing me in between appointments and did a temporary fix so our renters had AC. He is good at communicating expectations and potential cost. I really appreciate him for all his work so far!

We were referred by another painter (WT Painting). Joe and his crew were amazing. We needed to power wash, fix rust and rust proof as well as paint within in a limited 10-day window. Even though it was raining and job was being cut off of due to poor weather, they we're persistent. In addition, Joe needed to work with our solar panel company too. To clarify, We (the client) need to contact and pay our solar panel company for removal of the panels, but Joe went above and beyond to keep the solar panel company in the loop in order to meet the 10-day window. My rusted roof looks brand new and brought my home back to life. Joe and his guys were professional, friendly and did quality work. We are so pleased. If you need a paint job done, I highly recommend Infinity Professional Painting.

Pahoa Veterinary Hospital has been my dog's veterinarian for years. I've always been very happy with their service and all their staff.
