I don't know about any MEAN LADY but I do know the lady who manages the place and if she is mean to you then you Deserve it. And have been either told of your mistakes and continue to make them or you were rude to her or her staff who do not deserve any foolishness or rude behavior from anyone.
And if she is firm on the rules it's because she let ppl go and do whatever they like the place would be A MAD HOUSE . When a family of ppl come in and try take over and pushing things aside to do as they like you must be assertive in your position and take care of business.
I thank her for keeping the place so well maintained and running like a w well oiled machine.
