Much needed.. they take the time to protect ur house from marking the walls. ,wearing shoes cover . I saw Jen’s van driving around Hilo and quickly took down her number/website. What had me from the beginning was the range of services she offered. I just needed my carpet cleaned but decided to do upholstery and tile and grout cleaning as well and I am stoked with the results.
After filling out the request for quote thing, Jen contacted me the next day and came over to get some measurements and talk about what I wanted. I procrastinated and decided to do this right before guests came over but she was able to do it within a week of my accepting her estimate.
