“I had such a fantastic experience getting my nose pierced by Kamaile! 💕 She made me feel so calm and comfortable, while also making me excited to get my nose pierced again. The pain was honestly only about a 3/10! She was quick, gentle, and made the whole process so easy.

We even had such a lovely conversation afterward, which made the experience even better. My piercing has healed perfectly, and the placement is exactly what I wanted. She made sure it was symmetrical with my other nose piercing, and I absolutely love how it turned out!

“Was on a quick work trip to Hawaii with limited free time. Took a chance and asked my tour guide for a recommendation and he immediately said @mahalomartin at Beholder Tattoo was a good friend of his and wouldn’t send people anywhere else. That Monday evening I reached out to him. By Wednesday I was paying the deposit for a Friday morning appointment,. Just hours before my appointment, I asked could anyone in the shop fit my friend in as well, if not no big deal. Rather than ignore the last minute request or treat it like an inconvenience, he found one of his coworkers to fit her in. From the minute I messaged him, Martin was nothing but professional and responsive. . Zero attempt to price gouge just because I was a tourist (unlike a different artist my friend had tried to book with prior to us getting there). Any nervousness I felt going to a shop in a state I wasn’t from, by an artist I didn’t know, went out the window the minute I met him in person. Big smile, immediately introduced himself, complimented my existing tattoos, and made easy conversation. He double checked that I was happy with the design, explained what he was going to do, asked which colors I preferred, got permission before taking any photo or video, asked if I was okay through the process, answered the shop apprentice questions and taught him without patronizing him. I was beyond impressed. On top of that, the shop was clean, every staff member was friendly, the music and conversation was super entertaining, and the overall vibe made me feel like I was genuinely welcome, and I wasn’t just another dollar being made. I felt so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. We weren’t rushed out, we weren’t dismissed as soon as the work was done. There was friendly conversation after, sharing stories, and joking around. As many times as i thanked Martin for his work and hospitality, he thanked me more for trusting him to showcase his work on me. I came home with a beautiful permanent piece of art to commemorate my trip. I’m so thankful. Martin is an amazing artist, and I promise, if I make it back out to O’ahu I will ABSOLUTELY be getting inked by him again. 10/10 recommend!! @mahalomartin @beholdertattoo“

Just got my nose pierced and I wish I could give 5 stars. Jay and his wife are so kind and friendly. Jay showed me the tools he would use and talked with me throughout the whole process which made it really comfortable and satisfying for me. I would highly recommend going here for a piercing because of the welcoming,friendly and kind environment that this establishment has. They offer 24/7 helpful tips to keeping the piercing clean and the healing process. Clair’s doesn’t offer that one on one advice and I wouldn’t suggest going there. Come here to Metalink where you’re treated with so much Aloha. I will definitely be going back to get my spider bites done. Thank you Jay and your beautiful wife Ally for taking me in last minute and making my day. Great customer service is hard to find now days

“Love that Andre works within your budget. Me, my wife and sis in law have gone to him and Aaron twice over the last couple years. Aaron has done memorial pieces for our mothers using the handwritten letters our families left for us. Andre does some of the best and original Polynesian tribal ink work I've ever seen. Place is a pain getting too due to construction on the main road but that's just Hawaii living.“

Did some line work song lyrics from my favorite artist, and then someone dear to me later. She remembered months in-between about my favorite artist, and put that music on during my next session??? Incredible!! Her work is beautiful and unmatched! I prefer minimalistic style, and even though her main is super realistic, she did the minimalistic ones perfectly! She didn’t start on either tattoo until she knew I was perfectly happy with each one, and made little tweaks here and there day of, to make sure I was happy. The actual tattoo office is beautiful, clean, homy, and comfy. Super relaxing sitting looking out the window at the rail going by while getting tattooed.
