I’ve been cutting hair here for years and they’ve been mostly good. But today I went in and was watching a sports channel when a stylist clocked in and decided she wanted to watch The Discovery channel and sharks. I asked my stylist to change it back so she did. Then the other stylist said she wanted to watch something interesting so she changed it back to the discovery channel. The name of your business is “SPORTCLIPS” not Sharkclips. It’s really upsetting that your employee would choose themselves over the customer. I won’t be coming here anymore. Talk about bad management if any.
So idk what happened today but man. Suppose to open at 9, didn't get in until 917. 930 get called back and straight up rough. No talking, butchers my hair. I'm kinda sol now and have to get another cut to fix this. Fml
I was tired by using mom and pop shops, so I wanted to try this place because I only come to the Millilani area once a week. At first glance, when they were closed, I was astonished how the place looked. The lockers and sports decor, it was nice. The next Sunday, I had to get a hair cut and try this place out. A woman, forgot the name showed me around and made me feel as if I was going to be a customer. She asked about my past hair cuts and how she supported local is important to Hawaii and she walked me through the MPV treatment. She was great!!! I hope they open more in the future, we need more themed salons to make us feel more comfortable.
