Thank you Mililani Physical Therapy for relieving my excruciating stiff neck I endured for many months. Not able to turn my head and even lifting my head. Even after medication and nerve block shots PT with Kara and her educating me with stretching and strengthening as well as the levels of holding my head. I feel so much better and haven’t had a triggered headache.
I appreciate Kara’s knowledge and expertise. She’s the best!!!

A big mahalo to miss Heather she was great at showing me my stretches. Notice I was using my right leg since I had surgery on my left knee so now I'm concentrated on not using my right leg.. very kind. And Ms. Lita your wonderful showed me how to massage my knee when it hurts in the back. And only ice it for 10 minutes I was icing it 30 minutes. It makes me happy to go back each visit thank you ladies. Vasquez Emily

I came here for physical therapy for a matter of months and everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. Most of my appointments were with Jinky and she treated me like family. She really helped me. I was very stressed about my health concern and it has gotten so much better since I’ve gone here.
